The role of the expert is to create and deploy digital content for marketing within T&F and across the wider organization. They work with management teams to enhance the organization’s capability in their specialized field. The role focuses on digital delivery and content creation.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Communication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our organization and engage with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute communication plans to support organizational goals
– Write, edit, and distribute content for various communication channels, including press releases, social media, and website
– Monitor and analyze public and media perceptions of the organization
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
– Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders
– Respond to media inquiries and prepare executives for media interviews
– Assist in crisis communication efforts

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in a similar role
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
– Experience with media relations and crisis communication is a plus
