The Regional Account Manager is responsible for identifying new opportunities and projects to increase customer share for TE. They also manage the commercial aspects of utility and channel partners, including managing offers and driving the project pipeline.
Job Description
Our company is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
– Maintain contact lists and customer databases
– Assist in the preparation and distribution of communications and documents
– Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
