The Coordinator at the Cancer Centre will work on site as needed, reporting to the Regional Manager. They will be responsible for managing project management and support structures to guide the organization effectively.
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
– Create and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
– Prepare and present reports on key financial metrics, variance analysis, and performance trends
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations
– Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
– 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or modeling
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– CPA or CFA certification a plus
