Job Description:

Orkin is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Termite Control Technicians/Sales in the Palm Springs area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and eliminating termite infestations, as well as providing sales and customer service to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough inspections of homes and businesses for termite activity
– Create customized treatment plans based on inspection findings
– Use various techniques to eliminate termite infestations
– Educate clients about termite prevention strategies
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
– Meet or exceed sales goals set by management
– Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Previous experience in pest control or sales is a plus
