Job Title: Accounts Payables Clerk

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000

Our client, a well-established company in the finance industry, is seeking an Accounts Payables Clerk to join their team in Toronto, ON. The Accounts Payables Clerk will be responsible for processing and managing invoices, accounts payable, and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process and verify invoices
– Match invoices with purchase orders
– Reconcile discrepancies in invoices
– Prepare and process cheque payments
– Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
– Follow up on outstanding payments
– Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
– Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
– Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
