Sales Support Representative

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, maintaining customer records, and processing orders
– Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
– Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
– Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales performance and customer feedback
– Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
– Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to support sales efforts

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required
– 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus
