Job Description:
– Handle calls from Liveops clients who have requested action from the Independent Contractor.
– Enter data from the call into the computer system to process the transaction.
– Listen to and resolve customer complaints, questions, or other inquiries.
– Maintain positive and effective communication with customers.
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
– Utilize computer programs and applications to efficiently complete tasks.
– Practice good time management and organizational skills.

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous customer service experience.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient computer skills.
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.

Expected salary: $92105 – 119700 per year
