Job Description
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
– Assist customers with order placement and tracking
– Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database
– Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
