Customer Development Role and Relationship Management

Can you be an ambassador to our market leading brands and establish collaborative working relationships with our customers to execute their business strategies? Are you a self-starter who enjoys developing customer relationships, the opportunity to present to customers, and a genuine interest in why consumers enjoy our products?

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to manage and develop our accounts with a major UK supermarket.

Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will support the delivery of account objectives, whilst also learning how to manage promotions and new product launch activity. Parallel to this, you’ll work cross-functionally internally to ensure we deliver for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Range reviews to drive distribution of our leading brands
• Manage the promotional planning process for customers
• Provide analysis of market and customer data to create targets and objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally
• Present new launches and brand strategies to customers
• Deliver sales presentations

Ideal Candidate

A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills, you possess advanced Excel skills – to include pivot tables and lookups. You are a confident and proactive decision maker with an eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have some experience in an FMCG organization, however, this is not essential, and you may come from a customer service, sales, or supply chain background.

Expected salary: $80000 – 110000 per year
