Job Description

Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

Our client, a leading marketing agency in Toronto, is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, as well as overseeing the day-to-day marketing operations of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive business growth
– Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
– Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve target goals
– Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to support business objectives

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role
