The Supervisor, Administrative Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting to ensure accuracy. They will report to the Manager, Financial Systems & Administrative Accounting.
Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Delta, British Columbia

Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Job Description:

Our company is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delta, British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
– Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic computer skills
– Knowledge of office equipment (e.g. copiers, printers)
