The Supervisor, Administrative Accounting is responsible for overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness. They lead a team of accounts payable professionals and make sure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and training to employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
– Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting interviews, extending job offers, preparing new hire paperwork, and conducting orientation sessions
– Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, mediating conflicts, and providing coaching and guidance to employees and managers
– Support managers in performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback
– Coordinate and lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Manage compensation and benefits programs, including conducting salary surveys, drafting job descriptions, and administering benefits packages
– Monitor and maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data
– Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in human resources management
– Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
– Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
– SHRM certification preferred

Expected salary: $103000 – 127000 per year
