PDG at Teck provides leadership and support for project delivery, partnering with Business Unit Owners to deliver major projects and carrying a portfolio of studies and water programs.
The position is for a “Full Time Customer Service Representative,” for a company that specializes in providing benefits to employees. The job description includes handling inbound calls and inquiries, providing information about the company’s products and services, processing customer orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves data entry, maintaining customer records and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be attentive to detail and possess a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, be proficient in basic computer skills and have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Expected salary: $90000 – 111000 per year
