The Site Manager at Legacy Properties is focused on protecting and enhancing Teck’s reputation and financial well-being. They are responsible for managing the closure of Legacy sites within Teck, as well as overseeing stewardship and closure activities.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet or exceed customer service standards and goals
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
