Job Description:

Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
