Quality Assurance Specialist

Downtown Toronto, ON

Our client, a leading global provider of information and analytics solutions, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Downtown Toronto, ON. This is a full-time, permanent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data and information provided to clients. You will develop and execute test plans, monitor and report on quality metrics, and identify and troubleshoot issues. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with experience in testing and troubleshooting complex systems.
