The TELUS Consumer Solutions (TCS) Marketing team is seeking individuals to help shape the future of mobility. This role involves working with a team of marketing experts, advertising agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive innovative solutions in the mobility industry.
Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records, follow up with customers as needed, and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
