Fund Co-ordinator

The Company:

Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic investment firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Fund Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in finance and investments to work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role:

As a Fund Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the fund management team in all administrative and operational aspects of the funds. This will include maintaining accurate records, handling investor queries, preparing documentation, and liaising with external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain accurate fund records and documentation
– Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
– Handle investor queries and provide excellent client service
– Coordinate with external service providers, including fund administrators and auditors
– Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reports
– Support the fund management team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Skills and Experience:

– Previous experience in fund administration or financial services
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively within a team environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
