Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and collecting outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
– Process invoices and billing statements
– Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
– Reconcile accounts and prepare reports on account status
– Communicate with customers to resolve payment-related issues
– Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
