The Transfer Station Site Attendant is responsible for monitoring incoming loads, inspecting them for compliance, and may also be required to operate small wheel equipment. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing correspondence and emails
– Organizing and maintaining files and records
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Assisting with travel arrangements
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
– Greeting clients and visitors
– Providing general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
