Job Description

Position: Receptionist/Secretary

Location: Mississauga, ON

Our company is looking to hire a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, directing calls, and greeting clients. In addition, this individual will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
– Answer incoming calls, take messages, and forward to appropriate parties
– Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
– Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Assist in ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working as a receptionist or secretary preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
