Job Description

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vancouver, BC

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Assist with general office duties as requested

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
