Job Description:
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and through email. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders, forms, and applications
– Update customer information in the database
– Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
