Collaboration with the AD and Director of Marketing is key to creating new and renewed sources of major gifts, sponsorships, and grants. This involves developing marketing, communications, digital strategy, and sales tactics to attract donors and sponsors. Working together to oversee the marketing efforts will help to increase fundraising success.
Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work showcasing their design skills and creativity. Responsibilities include creating visual concepts, developing design briefs, and working closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create visual concepts, designs, and layouts for print and digital media
– Develop design briefs based on project requirements and specifications
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions
– Use various design software to produce high-quality designs
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
– Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design
– Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
