Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON
Our client, a large telecommunications company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their billing, service inquiries, and general account information
– Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment
– Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
– Update customer information in the database during each call
– Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
– Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
