Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
– Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products
– Answer customer questions and provide information about products
– Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
– Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions
– Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills
– Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
