Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage the recruitment and selection process
– Oversee employee relations and provide guidance to management on employee issues
– Lead performance management processes
– Develop and implement training programs
– Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
– Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
