Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to identify target markets and develop campaigns to reach new customers and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets
– Create engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content
– Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
– Manage social media accounts and engage with customers online
– Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers and graphic designers, to create marketing materials
– Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in marketing
– Strong project management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
– Strong understanding of social media best practices and analytics
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
