Job Description:

Black & McDonald is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, ON. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR team in all aspects of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
– Support onboarding processes for new hires including the creation of offer letters and orientation packages
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
– Assist with training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation
– Help to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
– Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:

– Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
– 1-2 years of experience in an HR role
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
