Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
– Providing product information, recommendations, and assistance with order placement
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the database
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery

To be successful in this role, you must have:
