Job Description:

A well-established architectural firm is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget
– Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met
– Develop project timelines and schedules, and ensure adherence to project scope and budget
– Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress and quality of work
– Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders
– Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry
– Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
– Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
