Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
– Performing data entry and maintaining electronic and paper files
– Coordinating travel arrangements and booking accommodations
– Assisting with preparing reports and correspondence
– Providing general administrative support to office staff
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
