Position: Maintenance/Facilities Worker

Location: Napa, CA

Salary: $15-$18 per hour

Our company is currently seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. Duties will include performing general repair and maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting regular inspections, and assisting with building projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

– Perform routine building maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
– Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
– Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance issues
– Assist with building projects such as renovations, remodels, and installations
– Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role preferred
– Strong technical skills and knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
