As a Tiffany GTA Retail Security Manager, your role will involve supporting the Regional Security Manager in leading and developing security measures. You will also be responsible for ensuring that physical security systems and equipment are functioning properly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a service desk analyst to join our team and provide technical support and assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
– Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
– Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member or vendor
– Provide training and assistance to customers on using software and systems
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
– Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
– Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred
– Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and various software applications
– Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
