The company is seeking a Project Manager for Automatic Train Control to join their team. The Project Manager will report to the Project Director-ATC and oversee key supplier contracts for the Department from inception to planning.
Title: Senior Accounts Payable Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
– Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
– Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
– Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoicing
– Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
– Reconcile vendor statements and process payments
– Assist in month-end close procedures and reporting
– Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions
– Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of accounts payable best practices and process improvement initiatives
– High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in accounting or finance preferred.

Expected salary: $123377.8 – 154281.4 per year
