Salary: CAD 45,000 – CAD 50,000

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
– Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
– Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
– Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
– High school diploma or equivalent
