Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $20-25 per hour

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints and issues
– Process orders and returns
– Maintain accurate customer records
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
