Job Description

Position: Learning Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote

We are seeking a qualified Learning Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs and initiatives to support the professional development of the organization’s employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs and materials
– Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop content
– Implement and manage learning management systems and other training technologies
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms
– Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their learning experience
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related area
– Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
