Job Description:
– Provide first-level technical support to end users
– Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software
– Resolve technical problems in a timely manner either by phone, email, or in person
– Log all incidents and requests in the service desk ticketing system
– Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams
– Install, configure, and maintain end user computer hardware and software
– Adhere to established service desk procedures and follow company policies
– Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with end users
– Collaborate with IT teams to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution

Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

– Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
