Job Description

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

Our company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed
– Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
– Develop and implement production schedules and workflows
– Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
– Train and develop new production staff
– Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a production supervisory role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
