The Operations Manager is responsible for advancing the growth and success of the company by promoting safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism. They play a pivotal role in overall operations and must project a positive company image.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients over the phone and email. Your duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and updating customer accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are preferred.
