The Project Coordinator is responsible for identifying the bill of materials for installation requirements and working closely with Purchasing to ensure correct equipment, materials, and resources are available for Foremen.
Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and management team.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with day-to-day office tasks, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
– Schedule appointments and meetings for executives
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
– Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
