Position: Event Coordinator

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

– Plan and organize various events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and company meetings
– Coordinate event logistics, such as venue booking, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
– Develop and manage event budgets
– Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events
– Coordinate on-site event set-up, registration, and guest services

Qualifications:
