The company is hiring a Project Manager who will be in charge of completing projects on time and within budget, while also ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive company image through safety measures.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
– Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
– Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
– Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
– Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
– Prepare reports and presentations for management on HR-related activities and issues
– Collaborate with other departments to support company goals and objectives

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Proficient in MS Office applications, HRIS systems, and other HR software
