The Project Coordinator will support complex cross-functional projects under the Manager of Facilities. This is a full-time position in the Facilities department.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing and organizing files and documents
– Greeting and assisting visitors
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
– Assisting with special projects and events
– Providing general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
