Trillium Health Partners is looking for a Project Manager to join their Health Hubs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health hubs and strategic projects as part of the Better Together team.
Job Description:

Our client, a leading advertising agency, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual elements for various marketing materials, including print and digital ads, websites, social media content, and more.

Key responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging design concepts
– Create visual assets that reflect the brand’s identity and messaging
– Produce high-quality designs within specified timelines and budget constraints
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
