To increase product knowledge and sales enablement, support is provided to the Marketing Manager in creating and executing business plans for the Respiratory & Anesthesia product line. By utilizing tools like ACTO for digital marketing and providing product training, sales team members can more effectively promote and sell these products.
Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Qualifications:

– Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Proficient in MS Office
– Knowledge of general office equipment
