Property Administrator

Harvey Nash are delighted to be representing a well known real estate firm in their search for a Property Administrator to join their expanding team in Glasgow for a 6 month contract.

This is a key role supporting the overall property management team. Duties will include:

Assisting with the day to day property management of a large mixed-use property portfolio
Tenant liaison – responding to tenant enquiries
Assisting with property inspections
Ensuring properties are compliant with health & safety regulations
Liaising with contractors and arranging maintenance works
Assisting with rent and service charge collection
Updating property management systems
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous experience working in a property or facilities management environment. It is crucial that you have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy property management team. A confident and professional approach is a must.
