Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 a year

Job Description:

Our client, a leading construction company in Toronto, is looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
– Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
– Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
– Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
– Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
– Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects
– Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the construction industry
– Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of construction processes and industry regulations
