JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $16 – $18 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Addressing and resolving customer complaints
– Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery
– Providing product information and recommendations
– Handling customer returns and exchanges
– Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
